One of the beautiful site i found at Katas Raj was the Seven Temples, situated on the top, fascinated me lots. The month of November, the soft sun and countryside in the back ground, Wow... quite relaxing and soothing to stay there and spent some time. Derivation of the term "Sat Ghara"   "Sat" is an Urdu language word which mean "Seven" and "Ghar" is also an Urdu word means "Home" Literally Sat Ghar mean "Seven Houses". They are situated on the top of the hillock in Katas Raj. They can be approached through a series of stairs that are recently constructed. Katas Raj Temple existed since the days of Mahabharta. One of my favorite place inside the temple was Hanuman mandir (Hanuman Temple). I personally like the place for its colorful hanuman photos on the walls inside the temple, though The deity of hanuman  have been removed from the area. The guide told us that after the demolition of Babri Mosque, the local people tried to destroy this temple. Sources said that the deity of hanuman was taken away from here to some museum in India and they are hopefully to be restored soon to its original place after the renovation work complete. Its very important if those deity are restored back then it may attract much more visitors. Katas Raj Temple Complex is a Hindu Temple, situated in Katas village, northern Panjab Pakistan. It is one of the most important Hindu Pilgrimage site in Pakistan, located in the famous Salt Range "Khewra" in Potohar. The sacred Pond I wanted to visit these temples earlier but because of time constraint i couldn't manage and could only access to Salt range "Khewra". Any how today i am going to share about these Wonderful Hindu Temple Complex, though renovation work is carrying on but the guide helped and took us to each and every corner by describing the historical back ground. I visited in early November,  though the greenery is lacking around as its the beginning of Winter Fall, yet i tried my best to capture some clear photographs.
