Opening of Kartarpur corridor is one of the significant initiative of Pakistan government to facilitate Sikh pilgrimages to access gurdwara specifically from Indian Side. A passage to pakistan from india that is about 4 km, extended between Dera Baba Nana Shrine in India's Gurdaspur and Gurdwara Darbar Sahib in Kartarpur, Pakistan. Accessible to visitors as well since it's inauguration.  I personally love visiting shrines and gurdwaras. Pakistan has some other important gurdwaras as well. One of them I visited back during 2007 known as " GURDWARA PANJA SAHIB" in hassan abdal. 

Gurudwara Panja Sahib is situated at Hasan Abdal , 48 km drive from Rawalpindi to the west side of the mountain. It is half hilly half plain area. One of the most visited holy place for Sikh community in Pakistan. Another one is Kartarpur Corridor . Though Pakistan has many other Gurdwaras that are of great importance to Sikh community and are regularly visited by them from around the world.  Here at Panja Sahib , a boulder having a hand imprint, which is believed to have hand prints of Guru Nanak. Twice a year, during special celebrations, an enormous number of Sikh pilgrims attend this Gurdwara from every corner of the world. Special visas are allocated by the Pakistan government to cater for the increased demand. Me and my family decided to have a visit to Panja Sahib. When we reach there at the gate of the shrine.
