Pure Velvet is an expensive yet luxurious fabric with its distinctive soft feel. It can be further embellished with different kind of embroidery. The smoothness and softness of this fabric is an epitome of luxury with a shiny appearance. It is more popular especially as evening winter wear on special occasions.  The first velvets were supposed to be made from silk and was expensive and only accessible by the royals. Folk festival give such a nice glimpse of overall Pakistan's traditional and cultural heritage, visitors do enjoy the handicrafts. Pavillion of all provinces including Gilgit baltistan, Hunza and Azad Jammu Kashmir are presenting in a vibrant way, where the local craftsmen put their handicrafts on display. You can find the part 1 of festival by clicking here.  Artisan from all provinces, who are considered expert in their individual handicrafts showcased their work here in one place.  Lok mela usually attracts a large no. of visitors on sunday as majority of people join such leisure activities on weekends. No doubt it's popular in capital city but due to covid 19 it wasn't much crowded. Timings are flexible from (am till 10 pm. So people may visit according to their convenience without making any crowd.

There can be no best therapy than retail therapy for any woman whether it can be done in a fancy shopping mall, bazaars or Souq (local market in middle east). A travel to Turkey is incomplete without visiting grand bazaar. Though fancy shopping malls has own charm but trust me the satisfaction of shopping at small bazaars and souq is far more than doing shopping in big Malls. When you strolled around these bazaars and pick small items and the best one it gives far much pleasure. Though certain times it can be annoying if you have time constraints to do bargains but other times you can get much good stuff at very reasonable prices. There is no best therapy than retail therapy and that's what exactly true on shopping at shoppes at Marina bay sands shopping Mall in Singapore, where we can do shopping as well enjoy it's wonderful architecture. I personally liked it's water canal feature and the boats in center of Mall. Shopping and strolling at this worth visiting Mall in itself is a wonderful experience for me because there are many things that make it unique.
