MADINATE JUMERIAH. A MINI ARABIAN CITY.

Madinat Jumeirah is among one of the most luxurious resorts in dubai comprises of luxury hotels, restaurants and a souk with traditional Arabic aura. It looks like a truly mini Arabian city. How ever it is a mix of an old and modern touch because you may find many modern day cafes and restaurants here with a traditional canal where you can see an Abra ( traditional Arab name of a ferry) floating peacefully . It reminds me of Singapore visit "Marina Bay Sand Mall" where inside the mall water canal feature was made. You can check here my link 👉 ""Singapore Iconic Marin bay Sand complex"

Coming back to my post, so as i entered into souk Madinat Jumeirah i found myself in an ancient market place with traditional middle eastern style and ambiance. I could hear the birds chirping in background. Most probably there were nested birds in the wooden architecture.

No doubt there are more such souks too but i personally got fascinated with this souk because of its traditional middle eastern touch mixed with modern touch. Apart from the resort itself, souvenirs in market , cafes and restaurants it gives a very beautiful view of Burj ul Arab that will constantly remind you of modern age.

A pretty view of Madinat Jumeriah from souk restaurant
