Thean Hou temple in Kuala Lumpur

Thean Hou temple is one of the oldest and largest Chinese temple in south east asia, located on top of Robson hills and is a popular tourist attraction in kuala lumpur. I really liked this colorful and well decorated chinese temple. Here the religious activities are held regularly on top floor. Ground floor is souvenir shop and the food court. Second floor is banquet hall , where most of chinese wedding dinners are held. Temple is mainly used as a religious prayer, wedding registration and ceremonies. It's such a magnificent multi storey chinese temple dedicated to Thean Hou, the heavenly goddess queen. I especially like the Dragon views on the ceiling and upper deck of the temple. I saw the this chinese temple also have certain elements of Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism structures. It's a wonderful amalgamation of modern structure along with traditional design pillars, designed roofs and different embellishments.
