How i cut a Pineapple

Probably Pineapple is called Pine Apple because it resembles to the Cone of a Pine tree. I am familiar with juice of Pineapple, the canned Pineapple, the pineapple candy and that one used in the desserts especially in cakes but fresh Pineapple is always recommended for good health. Canned food doesn't seems to bring those results which fresh food and fruits may have in our bodies.

Cutting a Pineapple is quite new experience for me because this fruit doesn't grow in my country and we have to import it from nearby tropical countries. It tastes bit of sweet, sour, juicy and very delicious. It has a rich smell that i liked much. I heard lots of its health benefits. Lots of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Minerals including calcium, phosphorus, potassium are present in it.

Its basically a tropical fruit grown in tropical countries. The following one is probably imported either from Malaysia or Philippine.
